Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites you to enjoy 26 degrees of water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-crowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature (approx. 800m).

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Bed linen & towels incl. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen, and a large living room with a sofa bed and a sunny balcony. The house is located in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to stay so centrally, sometimes you have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in high season. Restaurants, cafes, and numerous shopping opportunities within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Comfortable comfort apartment close to the beach

Comfortable holiday apartment, close to the beach (3 minutes walking). Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two young children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equiped with coffee machine, freezer and and and (see under further information the whole equipment list). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep on the box spring beds is predetermined or relax in the rain shower.
