Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold I the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. Self-caught fish can be processed in the evening at a designated fish preparation stand and barbequed on our Weber Grill. Size: 90 m2. You can hardly stay even closer to the Baltic Sea! Our cottage BOAT house is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house, you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room all each with double bed, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus HWR with WM and dryer can be found on the ground floor.

Small cozy apartment cabin right on the Dahmer dike. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the old fisherman's house. There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and bathroom. The house is already older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. Especially in the kitchen, in the living room and in the bathroom. Very tall people have to be a little careful. This includes a large fenced garden with terrace. Internet is at your disposal!

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (completed in 2020). It is really small, but has everything you need for a holiday; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, baker, pastry chef, restorations, an organic shop, beach shopping & roe are within walking distance. Feelgood at Strandhaus Strandgut

One of our feel-good homes on the Baltic Sea: Detached on 500 sqm garden. 250m private path to the beach. Dogs are allowed, but information about the breed ( alternatively size/weight) as well as the age. Puppies and young dogs are only possible to a limited extent. Dogs cost 10€ a night. We are not fully fenced Nature as far as the eye can see (nature reserve & dike to Fehmarnsund). Private road can only be used by the neighbors!
