Our apartment with over 65 m² of living space can accommodate 1-5 people. The cozy living room with corner sofa, armchair, modern flat-screen TV and tiled stove invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and various electrical appliances leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed (1.90 x 0.90 m) and another bed (1.90 x 1.20 m). The spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, WC and hairdryer completes the overall picture. There is a washing machine and dryer available in the house to clean your clothes. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and an allergy-friendly house, which is why we unfortunately can't accommodate pets. Spend relaxing evenings on our outdoor terrace with garden chairs and umbrella or in the gazebo with BBQ. You have the WiFi, simple bicycles of different sizes, a lockable bicycle shed for your own bicycles, wood for the tile stove, a game collection and a spacious child-friendly garden with children's swing, trampoline, children's scooter and balance bike free of charge. Information materials about country and people as well as local activities are available.

Wooden bungalow on the lake and forest

Our cottage by the lake is an ideal retreat and resort. The wooden bungalow has a nice living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom, another sleeping area on the lower floor and two bathrooms. From the fully glazed dining area, you have a wide view of the garden and the lake. Another lake for bathing is right next door. The cottage is located in the middle of a very quiet, small cottage settlement.

Cozy coastal chalet with sauna, fireplace Baltic Sea

Completely made of local wood as well as with very individual equipment and art, the cozy coastal chalet on the edge of the nature reserve on the Szczecin Lagoon is presented. What could be better than enjoying the open view over the Niedermoor to the lagoon after a relaxing sauna session in the house by the burning fireplace. With some luck you will see stray sea eagles or cranes staying at Szczecin, 900m away.

I'll stay here! Alone or with many.

This log cabin is a cozy hideaway in the Holstein hills very close to the Baltic Sea (LL 10 km). I came, saw and wanted to stay much longer. This is called "shock-loving" today. That's exactly what we (the club that uses this house and I) would like to share now: This dream house is furnished after Feng shui and now you are most welcome to enjoy this wonderful place. Bring your own sheets, towels, etc.

Anton: Tiny House sleeps four with sleeping loft

Our first Tiny House called Anton is located on the edge of Auszeit 27, so you are right in the middle of nature. You can usually hear the waves crashing in the background, that's how close you are to the water here. From the large sun terrace, you can look directly over the fields and the dyke and enjoy the setting sun, for example. You can hardly get any closer to nature.
