The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. You feel like you are here on the edge of the world, a garden full of trees with a view of the prairie of Mecklenburg. The holiday apartment has its own entrance and garden part. 4 sheep and 5 cats live in the big garden. A 3-person paddle boat and 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning sauna&Hotpott are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live as a family next door.

The site trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and is now located on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and blackberry bushes, right on the Elbe dyke. On the property: an economic kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the site trailer.
