1st floor in Trønderlån consisting of two small bedrooms with private bathrooms and large living room with living room and kitchen, as well as terrace. The farm operates in greenhouses and lakes with capacity from 20-150. Outdoor paintball park and several accommodation units. Beautiful and harmonious view. Possibility to rent the 2nd floor in addition which has large apartment with five bedrooms (one room where the other has to go through), shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. In addition, there is a fireplace in the house and laundry room in the basement.

Cosy little guesthouse

The guesthouse is a recently renovated stabbur, located as a separate small residence on a cozy farmhouse. The farm has stalldrift and is located in rural surroundings on beautiful Levangernesset, 2.5 km away from the city center. Living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower/WC/washing machine, fully equipped kitchen minus freezer, TV, Wifi, private parking. Cotton linens and towels included. Some noise from stables on the farm, with horses in stables near the stabbur. We also have dogs and cats.

Moengen 2, a lovely place to stay

Dette er stedet som så mange har gitt sine fantastiske og sommerlige tilbakemeldinger de siste årene. Moengen er plassert utenfor allfarvei i et naturskjønt område, med utsikt mot sør og Trondheimsfjorden. Dersom du er heldig er det ikke sjelden at det beiter elg og rådyr på enga nedenfor husene. Leiligheten på 75 m2, og er innredet i trematerialer. På den mørke årstiden lyser Trondheim by opp nattehimmelen mot sør. Dette er en tid på året som kommunens flotte lysløyper kan brukes.

Of course also a refrigerator. The apartment is 85 sqm. The home is 10-15 min walk from the center, and 10 min walk from Nord University. There are also close to two evening and Sunday grocery stores open.
