Apartment in villa. Located in the center of Åre village! Including linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on bottom and 140cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years old (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation located in the center of Åre village. OBS! Age limit min 28 years or in the company of parents. Large apartment of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and open floor plan between kitchen/living room. Balcony, sauna, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet are available in apt. Ski storage with shower, toilet and storage on change days. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant. Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking space available for rent (max 1 car). Cleaning can be purchased for (about SEK 1,500) otherwise there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

Newly produced apartment, approx. 30 sqm, located in an architect-designed villa completed in 2020, at Åre's absolute best location! Tottens village road is Åre's oldest village and is an idyll only 10 min walk from Åre center where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, system companies, cafes, etc. Only 5 minutes walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åres ski system. Welcoming, a great floor plan. Walking distance to the ski transportation in the winter and with rolling distance with bike to the Åre Bike Park XC summer time. One master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is a sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views towards Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport trail to the ski system. Parking with engine heating pole included.

Apartment about 45 sqm, central and quiet location Åre village

Bright and fresh apartment with quiet and free location overlooking Renfjället and Åresjön. We have a minimum age 27 and parties are NOT allowed! The apartment is located in the bottom of our semi-detached house on a villa street, with year-round living families with children, pensioners and some leisure homes. It is close to most things so you can do without a car and can walk to the lifts, shops, train, etc. Free parking if you come by car. Sheets, towels, etc. are included in our property and it is made and ready on arrival.

Cosy little studio at the top of Tegefjäll

Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.
