Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Welcome to my cosy home situated in the Old Town of Porvoo, and immerse yourself in the History during your time here. The house preserves original walls and tiled furnaces which would add to your journey warm and inviting feeling. Built in 1853, this historic house pays homage to Johannes Linnankoski, a renowned writer and influential figure in Finnish literature. In this house in 1895 Johannes contributed in founding, the iconic Finnish school “Porvoon Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu”.

Nauti tyylikkäästä majoittumiskokemuksesta tässä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kohteessa. Talo on uusi, rakennettu 2018. Asunto on huippukuntoinen ja kaikki mitä tarvitset muutaman päivän oleskeluun Porvoossa. S-market, jossa on myös apteekki, pizzeria ja alko, on noin 250 metrin päässä asunnosta sekä Lidl noin 200 metrin päässä asunnosta. Vanhakaupunki ja keskusta ovat noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Apartment near the sea

approx.36m2 apartment with stunning views. You are close to the sea and have a unique environment and nature nearby. The property does not have an ocean view. It's about a half-hour drive to Helsinki, Porvoo, and Vantaa. Note that the listing to the beach and shop is about 7km. Some phone plans are slower for the internet, so be prepared to vacation with us without the perfect internet connection.

Bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment with an excellent location, a view of the river and a beach boulevard. Comfortable cafes, bars, eateries on the beach. Walking along the beach, you can find the Old Town a mile away. Less than a kilometer to the market square and downtown. Good outdoor trails in front of the door to a nature reserve, among other things.

Cozy studio on the riverfront

The apartment is in an old wooden house from the 19th century located on the shore near the center. On the river beach, there are cozy cafes and restaurants. The house is cozy, safe, quiet and quiet. In the apartment, there is a double bed up on the loft and a single bed downstairs in the room. There is no TV or radio in the flat.
