Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Ideal location for dog/pram walks/runs/and safe bike rides along the 5km Undercliffs walkway. Good for walking. Local shops and cafes are nearby with specialist greengrocers/deli in Rottindean. Close to beach,free parking. Easy access to city.

Please note I cannot offer an early check in before 3pm. I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean.
