By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Beautiful interior designer 1890s 2-bed terrace house. Live like a local, just 17 mins walk to sea. Close to park, great views and pubs. You’ll love my place because of decor, ambiance and local feel. My peaceful home is great for couples, Brighton explorers and business travellers. It's not for party people. Parking permits on request for a small fee in zone V (and there is free parking at the weekend in Zone S).

A quirky, peaceful house with beautiful views. A lovely holiday retreat for walking, cycling, adventuring or relaxing - and only 9 miles from Brighton for all that fun. Please note that this is a quiet residential area with neighbours who like their peace and quiet too. No parties or loud music and you'll need to keep the noise right down after 9pm. Please note I cannot offer an early check in before 3pm. I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean.
