Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2024, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Our quiet apartment (37m²), overlooking the Tennengebirge, offers a direct access to the ski area and our cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as numerous walking and hiking trails. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We deliberately refrain from using Wi-Fi TVs and co. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the hut you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. After that, settle in with soothing creek noise.
