Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Ferienhaus Laberer

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You will love my place because it is in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the view. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) In the house there is only a public W-Lan, but that is also limited use! For each pet €15,- / night have to be paid!

Zell am Moos with its maze invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters away from the 64qm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village there are inns, bathing areas with parking spaces, a supermarket, a bakery with cafe, a butcher, a magazine shop, a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path in the place that allows to leave the car.

Modern and functional,. the apartment is in an extension behind the house. The garden is intended for guests only. If necessary, grilling can be done there and food can be consumed on the terrace. The cottage Bellevue is located on a small hill with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Quiet, sunny. Enjoy the terrace and meadow. The hiking trails lead from the house into the mountains. Dogs are only allowed on request, costs are EUR 15.00 per dog per day.
