Baltic Sea ...near Grömitz...5 minutes to the beach

The apartment is located in a quiet village location between Grömitz and Neustadt, yet centrally 5 km to the A1 motorway and 5 minutes by car ( about 20 min walk ) to the beach. The beach is free of tourist tax and the parking there without charge. Of course also accessible by bike. Please note: there is NO KITCHEN and therefore no sink, a small refrigerator and a Senseo coffee machine are available . The price includes bed linen, towels & final cleaning. Max. 2 pers.

From my accommodation to the beach it is 100 m. The large south-facing balcony is quiet and protected from the wind and offers a view of the countryside and to the side of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is good with public. Transportation. A small shopping center with supermarket and bakery is right next to the residential building. The spacious kitchen features a dishwasher. TOWELS, BED LINEN and a COT can be booked on site, otherwise please bring your own laundry.

We rent our small but nice guest room. It has a separate entrance, which of course locks the door lock is lockable. The room has a new renovated bathroom & a nice sun terrace. In the room is also a small fridge. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. A tax of 3€/2€ per person per day ( depending on the season) will be charged for your stay in Dahme. The spa tax is collected separately on site.
