The apartment is located in a quiet village location between Grömitz and Neustadt, yet centrally 5 km to the A1 motorway and 5 minutes by car ( about 20 min walk ) to the beach. The beach is free of tourist tax and the parking there without charge. Of course also accessible by bike. From my accommodation to the beach it is 100 m. The large south-facing balcony is quiet and protected from the wind and offers a view of the countryside and to the side of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is good with public. Transportation. A small shopping center with supermarket and bakery is right next to the residential building. The spacious kitchen features a dishwasher. TOWELS, BED LINEN and a COT can be booked on site, otherwise please bring your own laundry.
