Craigieburn garden bothy is a glamping-type single room bothy in a lovely 6-acre garden in beautiful Moffatdale, a great location for walkers and cyclists. The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. The little lodge is set in a wildflower paddock nestled beneath a native woodland copse. French windows open out onto a decking area with wonderful views over the undulating Berwickshire countryside. The Lodges’s open-plan layout consists of a living area with sofa bed and kitchen/dining area with wood-burning stove. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Rainbow Cottage is sat on the banks of The River Tweed, it is so peaceful and tranquil. There is an abundance of birds that visit and we have a woodpecker who is a frequent visitor and quite special. The cottage is situated just a few mile from the Scottish Borders so is in an ideal spot to discover both the Borders and North Northumberland. Our bed is quirky and is a hideaway bed and our regulars love it. We have a conservatory for extra space which is super warm on sunny days.
