We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. This will incur in guests being evicted from the apartment, no matter what time it is Only 2 people can use lift at a time. A beautiful penthouse apartment situated in the historic center of Madrid. Totally renovated apartment very bright and with wonderful views of the city of Segovia. Free parking on the street and just 15 minutes walk from the aqueduct. It has a spacious entrance, large kitchen, two bedrooms each with a bed of 1.50 m, living room with sofa bed of 90 cm and a cozy terrace and two bathrooms complete with shower. It's a fifth with an elevator. Central heating and hot water by electric heating. Bus and supermarket 200 m away. No parties or pets.
