Relax in this unique and quiet home with stunning panoramic views of the sea. Cozy cottage with large light entrance and spacious terrace. Two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as crib for infants. Sofa bed in living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Cozy cottage with a sheltered garden in lovely Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and with 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach where you will enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of Hammars and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

You live in the cottage which is located by itself but adjacent to the house where we as hosts live with our family. The cabin has its own driveway and parking. Free Wi-Fi. Pets accommodating!
