Little Carlsson Studio is a charming apartment with its own garden room. It's a place to stay: Here you are surrounded by art and in the middle of nature, it is peaceful and beautiful, high to the ceiling in every way and a lovely homely atmosphere. There is a view of the garden, forest and Helge River. There is a private outdoor area for Lille Carlsson Studio and in the forest there is a terrace and the possibility of several cozy seating places. Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min h. Lund C. Parking space is available.

Charming apartment in villa in quiet area a few minutes walk from the beach and nature. Private entrance, patio and private part of garden. 10 minutes walk from the railway station and buses. 200 m from Kattegattleden. 2, 5 km to Båstad center. Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

Stendala farm is a three-length Skåne farm surrounded with scenic fields and meadows, in the middle of Österlen in the village of Östra Vemmerlöv. From here it is 5 minutes to the nature reserve Sträntemölla and Gyllebosjön with fishing, swimming and beautiful deciduous forest, 10 minutes to Mandelmann farm, 10 minutes to golf, 15 minutes to sea swimming and much more that Österlen has to offer. It is peaceful and quiet. It is easy to enjoy Stendala farm!

Cozy guest apartment of about 35 sqm with its own entrance and free parking. Furnished and complete with all you need. Close to nice sandy beach and close to trains/buses with connections to Malmö/Lund/Copenhagen, Ystad/Österlen, Skanör/Falsterbo etc. Laundry room, garden and outdoor space are shared with host according to agreement. The yaccuzzin can absolutely be borrowed with advance notice and in agreement with the host.
