Welcome to enjoy! A 30 square meter cottage and a cosy wood-heated lakeside sauna by Lake Saimaa are located in the courtyard. A small sandy beach. A terrace covered with a cottage and sauna, where you can enjoy the lake scenery. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a stove and extensive cooking equipment. A microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle are included, as well as a fridge-freezer. On the terrace of the sauna there is a gas grill. The hot tub can be rented at 80e/evening, not in winter.

The cottage has a perfectly equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, air source heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna, you'll take a dip in a lake with a sandy bottom that gets slightly deeper. Great way to get there and in the surroundings good for outdoor, mushroom picking, and berry picking. One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

Peaceful and well-equipped apartment on the shore of Lake Saimaa near the harbor. Wide opportunities to move and enjoy nature. In the winter, you can get to the ski track or ski slope. In the summer of 2024, the harbor is undergoing some basic improvements, so it's not in use.
