Welcome to enjoy! A 30 square meter cottage and a cosy wood-heated lakeside sauna by Lake Saimaa are located in the courtyard. A small sandy beach. A terrace covered with a cottage and sauna, where you can enjoy the lake scenery. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a stove and extensive cooking equipment. A microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle are included, as well as a fridge-freezer. On the terrace of the sauna there is a gas grill. The hot tub can be rented at 80e/evening, not in winter.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

The facility is managed by Finnish managers. Beautiful and comfortable luxury townhouse of 100 m2 and a separate Finnish bathhouse are situated in a picturesque private island in the Saimaa lake. In a townhouse we are providing to our guests fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace, where it is possible to relax during a good weather. Warmly welcome to stay near Lake Saimaa in a vagabond triangle. In this unforgettable home, you can reconnect with nature, as the window opens up to stunning Saimaa with its changing colors. Behind the window, the seagulls squeak and the collar will blow into its bottle, so if you are sleepy, I recommend earplugs. The morning sun rises from the window side, which you can admire if you're a morning audience. This stay is a great addition to my other listings!

Just renovated 60 m2 fully furnished and equipped apartment for up 5 people. Sauna, balcony, car shelter, fast wifi and workstation. Everything you need for a longer stay. 150 m from grocery store and the bus stop were you can easily reach center, trainstation or university. Skiing, running track and lake Saimaa are all within 200 m house. Peaceful environment with lots of sport and outdoor activities.
