Located in Kötschach-Mauthen, near the skiing piste and the village center this house has 5 rooms and can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Kötschach-Mauthen is a lovely village that offers an attractive family skiing area equipped with all amenities such as restaurants, shops, and a swimming pool. It also makes a great base for walking and cycling tours and a day trip to Italy is possible too - the border is only a stone's throw away. This house is on the ground floor of the mansion, Because of its hillside location, both floors can be reached from the ground level, it is also possible to book the entire house as a whole for a large group. The large shared garden is a wonderful place to be and for the children to play. The basement bathroom has a shower and sauna, the bathroom on the ground floor features a bubble bath. Basement also has a washing machine and dryer, as well as an extra kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. There is plenty of parking right outside the door.
