Magnificent right by the sea - with the city close

A modern, well planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated with a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. Winter time footbridge to the island.

House by Lake Betsede A comfortable and modern house on a lake plot with access to a jetty, rowboat and sauna house by the lake. Around the knot you have the water and nature. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the terrace there is a barbecue along with a lovely outdoor furniture well shielded. Upstairs is the sleeping area with toilet and shower. Ceiling windows where you can see the trees in the morning. A place to enjoy, a place to start from and a place for a holiday.

Sea cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A fantastic accommodation by the sea just 10 meters from the water. With views over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships passing outside house. The cottage is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. The cottage has a terrace facing the sea and is only 12 km from central Stockholm. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).
