Lovely apartment close to nature, swimming and city

56 sqm modern, bright apartment for 2 adults and (max) 2 children. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, micro, etc. 65” SmartTv as well as fast internet (500/500 mBit). Large windows facing Gällstaö and Lake Mälaren. Parking for a car is available. Swimming and nature on the doorstep. Restaurants in walking distance. Our apartment is not in the city but about 35-40 minutes away, about 10-12 km from Stockholm City. Available for long-term rental, even if it is blocked on the calendar. Just send me a message just.

Stay peacefully with proximity to lake, nature and yet central. 75 meters to the swimming jetty. Lovely winter walks on the ice. Close to Hammarbybacken with both summer and winter adventures. Walk to Sickla Shopping Center takes 5 minutes. There are grocery stores, restaurants, cinema, climbing, shopping! Buses to Slussen (Stockholm city) take about 10 minutes. 24 hours a day. Close to Avicii and Tele2 venues. Cable car directly to Friends arena. Easy to get to Älvsjö Fair. Please enjoy your stay.

Cozy stuga in a popular neighborhood in Sollentuna. The Väsjön ski slope is on 1km walk and Roslagleden passes the area. Rösjön nature reserve is right next door and and Tornskogen is a 10 min walk. It is a one room stuga with a double bed (160cm) and a sofa bed (140x200). There is wifi and a small television with a chromecast. In the hall there is a double wardrobe. A modern and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, hub, oven, fridge and freezer and microwave.
