For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Ziller Valley.

The property is located near Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you can expect a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, the surrounding ski areas can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.
