Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Taupo Acacia Bay Haven, BEST amazing lake views.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views,only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Walk five minutes to Taupo's stunning lakefront (safe swimming beach) short walk to local cafes, restaurants and town centre, plus the added bonus of a local Four Square, Butchery, Cafe & Takeaway just outside your gate. Walk across the reserve to enjoy our local Sunday market, mini golf, parasailing etc. Outdoor area with lake views & BBQ Large double garage with table tennis and ample off street parking, perfect for boats.

Cottage Lane close to Town

A private entrance leads upstairs to a light airy and sunny bedroom and ensuite. Views of the lake from the front window. Parking right outside the door, walk 750meters to town to enjoy breakfast at one of the many cafes. Ski slopes are just over an hour away. Fridge, kettle, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery,wine glasses, chopping board and sharp knife . Iron and ironing board. Beach towels for a dip in the lake. Washing machine and dryer on site.

"The End of the Road"

The bach is well equipped, but GUESTS MUST SUPPLY OWN LINEN (sheets, pillow slips & towels), and CLEAN it before leaving. It is a fisherman's bach at the end of a quiet street. Lake Taupo is a 10 minute walk and the Tauranga Taupo River nearby. We have plenty of duvets and blankets. NO WIFI. If you are unable to clean the house before you leave or supply your own linen it's better if you find a motel or hotel nearby. We keep the price lower by not having a cleaning fee.

Suited to families or couples - perfect as a base from which to enjoy Taupo's many events. Ahuru is a sunny 3 bedroom home situated in a quiet cul de sac next to a reserve. There is ample parking. From here you can launch your boat in 5 mins, stroll to safe swimming bay in 10 mins or dine at our local brasserie in 3 mins!

Newly built with wonderful outdoor spaces and off street parking. Fully fenced so can bring along a fur baby. A fabulous local bar and restaurant, hairdresser and takeaway shop within walking distance as is the lake. Peaceful area with glimpses of the mountains and lake. A 5 minute drive from the town centre. Easy access to all the highways from its central location. Additional guests have access to a roll out sofa bed.
