Three double and a single bedroom property with ample parking for up to 8 cars or boat .Double garage .Plenty of outdoor space for cleaning mountain bikes and children's play.They can enjoy a treasure hunt while you settle in.! Lovely kent fireplace for winter warmth with free firewood and sunroom. Nice private covered deck for evening entertaining. Five to 10 mins drive to all Rotorua famous tourist spots and activities, Agrodome, velocity valley, Skyline sky rides ,Canopy tours and more !!

Spacious one bedroom unit situated behind main house in quiet cul-de-sac. Centrally located in Springfield, 7-8 minutes drive to CBD and lakeside. Nearby shops include a dairy (small grocery store), bakery and takeaway. Within walking distance through Centennial Park to Te Puia near to Waipa MTB Park (mountain biking). We are bike friendly and guests are welcome to park their bikes in our garage if they are looking for a secure storage area. Close to Rotorua Golf Club, Fenton St, Whakarewarewa.

We have a homely three-bedroom house which is fully fenced and allows for young toddlers to remain within the property when gate is closed. Tourist attractions are close by and within walking distance such as the beautiful Redwood Forest, Te Puia & NZ Maori Arts and Crafts Institute, Whakarewarewa Village, Te Arikapakapa Golf Course, Secret Spot Hot Tubs, Polynesian Spa and so much more for our guests to see.
