From our apartment, which is located off the main road directly on the edge of the forest, they are in 15 minutes on foot in the center of Traunkirchen, also in 15 minutes at other shops, a bakery and the doctor with attached pharmacy. The train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, a bus stop in 10 minutes. Public bathing places in the district Winkl and in the center of Traunkirchen can also be reached in a few minutes.

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

The completely renovated apartment has 40 square meters. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun and includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square.
