The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m above sea level, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake high plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and has been completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor, sauna, cozy, spacious kitchen with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

Villa Lakeview Grundlsee

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.

On the first floor, you enter the guesthouse into a spacious anteroom (open to the upper floor), which serves as a wardrobe. Right hand is an extra bedroom with small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people !) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then a spacious living room.
