A gorgeous one-bedroom apartment by the sea in Vasa Vaskiluodo, just outside the waterfront. The interiors on the deck floor and with a kitchen made by a master carpenter make this apartment completely unique. You can drink morning coffee with a view of the ocean from your kitchen window and watch 75" TV streaming services in the evening. The flat also has photographed internet with wifi and three very high quality beds. The flat is next to the Smart Technology hub, so your work trip is 50 meters.

The apartment has its own entrance with kitchen, bathroom washing machine and access to a shared gym. It takes about 15 min to the city center by bicycle and 7 min to the university/hospital area. The villa has a close bus stop and the bus will take you to the city center in about 15 min. It is a 10 min walk to a large supermarket and shopping area.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard.

Spacious house in a peaceful neighbourhood in Vasa

A spacious, family friendly house in a very calm and relaxing neighbourhood. A lot of space in the garden. Close to a big shopping center as well as cross country skiing track. Kitchen is available only for vegetarian food. Note: 1. No smoking or noisy parties in the house. 2. A big dog lives in the house but the dog is separated from the guest area. He is gentle and kids/pets friendly. 3. Sauna available for 5€ extra fee.
