Cozy, child-friendly townhouse with great charm - proximity to both nature and the city center. Perfect for the family or a larger group. Private backside with direct proximity to park, tennis and football field as well as nice walks along the Ume river. Good bus connections. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and the possibility of more beds through mattresses. Electric car charger in driveway and room for two cars. If you do not want to clean yourselves, there is a cleaning fee of SEK 1000 for your stay. Welcome to Snickargatan!

Come and stay in our family friendly home in Umeås most cozy neighborhood, Tomtebo. The townhouse is 5 minutes walking distance to Nydalasjön, where you can swim, ski, jog or play in the adventure play park. 10 minutes drive from Umeå city center and airport. Semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 patios, and a balcony. Borrow the grill or trampoline in the yard. There is a playground in the courtyard and toys to borrow in the house. Bathtub and washing machine is also available for tenants. Welcome!

Private townhouse at Tomtebo

Huset ligger nära Nydalasjön med äventyrslekpark och badstränder. Buss till centrum finns på gatan utanför. Under sommarhalvåret håller vi växthuset varmt för både frukost, lunch och middag. Utanför växthuset finns ett utekök med kylskåp, grill och pizzaugn. På terrassen finns en dagbädd och uppvärmd badtunna.
