Accommodation for 26 people close to the lake. 12 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all with shower and toilet. Two toilets in the entrance, one adapted for wheelchairs. Three double rooms on the lower level and 11 rooms on the second floor. Lounge with TV, bar counter with four bar stools, nine armchairs, a 2 last and a 3 seater sofa. Dining room with four big tables. Fully equipped kitchen with full fridge and freezer, refrigerator, stove with four zones and oven, work benches and industrial dishwasher. Fast wifi throughout the house.

Located inside Rottneros flower and sculpture park (with its great children's play areas), by stunning lake Fryken with Rottneros Manor as the nearest neighbour. We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath. Typical Swedish house in a unique location on a lonely forest clearing. Here you can be all by yourself! Go jogging in the morning, then down to the lake and bathe. Then take the rowing boat out to fish for a perch, which is roasted over the open fire in the evening, that is pure Sweden! The Internet is adapted to the location in the forest and 1 Mbit! Our cottage is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of the nature on the lake, the tranquility invites you to the maximum relaxation. It is large, we can have other families visiting who can retreat. The view is phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can just walk out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, the kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge".
