Västerbottensgården is our pearl. It has been inherited in the family since the 18th century. To feel the peace, silence, fresh air, wonderful views, nature and proximity to Blåviken. As a bonus, proximity comes close.

Older cottage on a farm. Small and nice with older charm, where you get a feeling of visiting “Grandma in the country”. You rent the whole cabin. Two bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. Kitchen with necessary modern equipment and older wood stove. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Garden with patio and barbecue in summer. 7 km to the nearest city center and grocery store as well as the pharmacy l Hammerdal. 6 mil to Östersund and 5 mil to Strömsund. 10 mil to Åre. 2 km to the lake Fyrsjön.

Come and try staying at a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are beef, chickens and a bit away even horses! The ultimate home for those who want to live rural and with animals in the corner! The house is renovated inside spring 2023. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farm village with fine landscapes, with the cities of 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday skiing and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is located in a calm and quiet area with the forest and the snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.
