Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to an extra bed is available in the form of a comfortable sleeping mattress to put on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, own small farm and parking, rural located in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 m from the lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the bathing area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds.
