Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Close to public transport, the city center, university and botanical gardens. A 2 min walk to the Cable Car to explore downtown Wellington. Victoria University is 5 mins walk away, while the Botanical Gardens border the property. Self-contained 2 bedroom flat with own bathroom and kitchenette, central heating, free wifi and separate access. Hosts live above. The Garden area has native birds and harbour views. Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Above the Botanic Gardens, our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. We welcome you with complementary teas and breakfast supplies. Easy access and extra beds are available for families - and yes, we are family-friendly and can arrange bedding to suit your needs.

Compact apartment within our home and with separate entrance. Enjoy your stay in the lovely suburb of Island Bay, just 5 minutes walk to Island Bay Beach and the lovely south coast of the North Island. Walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes, parks, nature walks,bus. Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). The location is in a residential area with wonderful mountain and valley views with the Wellington central visible beyond. but the place is close to CDB and only a 10-minute drive away. The room is tucked away behind, not along the road, so it is a safe and quiet place to stay. In the seasons, You will aware of beautiful birdsong when you wake up in the morning. Also It is an ideal location for a stopover at the ferry port from north to south or for a short stay during a journey.

Our house is on a flat, sunny hillside section in Seatoun with great views over Wellington harbour. The house includes the self contained apartment that has its own access and is fully furnished. The rooms in the apartment all have ranchsliders that open onto an expansive deck for outdoor seating and dining. Parking is at the door. Seatoun is a suburb that has the advantages of a quiet seaside location while being close to the airport and a short drive to the city.

Seaside relaxed fun

Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy fun and eclectic Interiors. Your own separate entrance is private although attached to my house. There is a locked adjoining door. The living area has a cool loft bed which is the 2nd bed. Your private ensuite has a ships door shower! The king size bed is super comfy. You can easily walk to a waterfront cafe for breakfast and we are a few minutes drive to a number of restaurants and a short drive into the city.

This is a sunny, detached, newly renovated studio akin to a bedsit. It has a queen size bed, small table and 2 chairs, kitchen area with microwave and fridge. There is good storage, a wardrobe and shelving. It has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Access is down several steps from the road. It is ideally located to the CBD and is a short walk to the top of the cable car and the botanical gardens. Parking is available on request.
