This quiet and cozy city fringe studio boasts prime position in its perfect location. Peaceful and private, securely nestled into a greenbelt nook, away from roads, with a lovely treeline view. My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly, and directly access native bush walks. Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

Modern studio with spa, in great location

This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio presents an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Although a brief uphill walk is required to reach the studio – the breathtaking views and cosy accommodation awaiting you make the effort well worth undertaking. We may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or those operating at the edge of airline allowable luggage weights. 12 minutes to the centre of Wellington. 6 minutes to the ferry terminal, 7 minutes to Westpac Stadium.

Private cosy cottage in Khandallah

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

Mt Victoria – close to CBD, separate work space

A comfortable, private space with all the essentials. A separate bedroom with queen bed, a large bathroom, sunny kitchen (PLEASE NOTE the oven/stove does not work), dedicated work space with 24 inch screen, and a cosy nook with couch and TV (with Chromecast). An easy walk along the waterfront to the CBD (15-20 mins) as well as Wellington’s many restaurants. A great set up, complete with harbour views from your private deck, if you’re in Wellington for work or a city break.

Quiet Studio 150m to the Cable Car.

This is a sunny, detached, newly renovated studio akin to a bedsit. It has a queen size bed, small table and 2 chairs, kitchen area with microwave and fridge. There is good storage, a wardrobe and shelving. It has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Access is down several steps from the road. It is ideally located to the CBD and is a short walk to the top of the cable car and the botanical gardens. Parking is available on request.

Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with views over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Please note Miramar is a very hilly suburb).
