You can't beat the location of this condo just a few blocks (walking distance) from downtown Douglas and half a mile from downtown Saugatuck. Spectacular views day and night of Mt. Baldhead/Kalamazoo lake and river/town of Saugatuck. Accommodate 6-8 guests comfortably with two king beds, a queen bed, and a pull out if needed. Three balconies and a patio offer gorgeous views of the lake, downtown Saugatuck, and Mount Baldy.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has it all! Pool, walking distance to town, and is a waterfront property that has amazing views of Mt. Baldy and Kalamazoo Harbor. All of this plus a gourmet kithcen, two outdoor decks overlooking Kalamazoo Lake and is one of only two stand alone townhouses on the water in Saugatuck Harbor Resort. This cottage also has two fireplaces with top of the line finishes throughout. There is a bluetooth speaker as well as apple TV for your enjoyment.
