Original screened sleeping porch across the back, on a huge bluff overlooking the up and down Medina River, and private 2 mile river/greenbelt access! 1 bedroom w/queen-size bed, original 50s bath, cook's kitchen, open living/dining/kitchen area. AC/Heater in main area and AC unit in bedroom. Original large sleeping porch w/2 twin beds, and seating area. NO AC in this room. Very dog friendly!

You’ll love your time in our tiny home. 24 minutes away from Bandera Texas ( Cowboy Capital of the World) close to San Antonio, Helotes, and Boerne. Our little piece of paradise is located in Lakehills Texas in a one acre property with lakefront (but unfortunately the lake is dry). Enjoy a peaceful Hill Country getaway. Our cabin was built in 2022, with 240sqf a very quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The space is available for camping, enjoy bird watching and our friendly deer.
