It is located only 9 miles from Historic Downtown Beaufort and 15 miles from Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Hunting Island State Park's sandy beaches, nature tails, and lighthouse tours are a scenic 40 minute drive away. You can swim, fish, kayak or go boating right from the dock in our own back yard. Make yourself at home in our renovated tiny home just two blocks from the bay and less than 1 mile to Downtown Beaufort. In just over 400 square feet you will find a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. This circa 1940s home has been lovingly updated and decorated to make for a comfortable stay. You will sleep soundly on the 12" memory foam mattress and cool technology pillows. *Please note that the living room/kitchen floor slopes about 4" due to the home's age.
