This charming home was built in 1900 historic Wheeling, WV. 3 stories, tastefully split into 3 private units with a lot of shared common space as well. Whether in town for business or pleasure, come enjoy some peace & quiet. The neighborhood has seen better days, a drive around the island would show many big old mansions in serious need of TLC. But this is turning around as a new generation is moving in, restoring these majestic homes back to their former glory. And yes, its a very safe area.

Stay close to everything in a historic 1889 second empire Victorian home with 14’ ceilings. The apartment is located on the left side of the first floor with a private entrance and lock code that changes for each guest. There is an outdoor grill area and back patio with seating to relax on listening to a seasonal fountain. Centre Market shops & restaurants are at the end of the block. Near Heritage Walking trail that’s along the Ohio river. Breakfast items and snacks usually on hand.

Our Home is Your Home! Our place is located on the Ohio River with a Beautiful view of the Heritage Port. Our 2nd floor unit has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 kitchen and lots of space. Private entrance. Beautiful backyard which is shared with the owners. Weekend festivities/events the City of Wheeling has we gather in backyard playing cornhole, cookout, & music. Wheeling Island Casino minutes from house/walking distance. 20 minutes from WLU, Oglebay, or the Highlands

The studio is spacious and cozy. Located in the small village of Barnesville which is 7 minutes from I-70. It’s the perfect place for a couples getaway or a solo retreat. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials that are needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. The Studio is attached to the back of a larger house. There is no entrance between the Studio and house. There is private parking.
