Be our guests in our comfy, sun-filled studio guest house in Berkeley. Our studio is small but mighty, with all of the amenities you'll need on your trip. We have a brand new queen bed, a loveseat sitting area, a table and chairs for getting work done, a full kitchen and bathroom, plenty of natural light, and an outdoor sitting area on a deck. We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. Our neighbors are close to completing a new house on their property. Occasional construction noise during the weekday is to be expected. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s puppy. She is friendly and can be confined.
