Cabin on the river, great views, swim access

Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Charming Country living close to a small town for conveniences. Grand Lake is a quick 20 minute drive. We are just off of I44 and hwy 169. We have plenty of parking room for ATVs, Tailers, and Boats. Pops Cabin is a single bedroom with large living room with a pull out couch for extra guest. A open Kitchen and Dining Room that has a Coffee Bar and Game Closet. A spacious laundry room and newly remodeled bathroom. A fire Pit and Outdoor Sitting to enjoy beautiful sunset evenings.
