Kind of Suite - 2 Bedroom, Pet & Family Friendly

You and your pets will love staying in this 1960's duplex home that has recently been remodeled to look and feel modern. It has two comfortable and cozy bedrooms. The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.

We love your pets, limit 2. We have the best location 30 minutes to beautiful mountains, 1-1/2 block to TRAX Station, 5 min walk to ski bus, 20 mins to SLC and Temple Square, 5 min drive to Mt Am Expo. Great restaurants, grocery stores close by, or cook your meals in our kitchen. Outside security camera & a 6' gate/fence that surrounds the property. Keypad lock on door and gate, private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen beds, and a shower with a never-ending supply of hot water!

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
