Welcome to Midland. We are within walking distance to Gerardo's Casita, Rosa's Café and Taco DeVino. So if Mexican Food is your thing we got you covered. This unit is nested on a quiet street within minutes to ClayDesta Business Center and Downtown. The houses is bright and open with two bedroom and an en suite bathroom in the master that has separate entrance for the guest bedroom. The bedrooms have 55" smart TV's as does the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook.

Coming together to create a safe haven for the solo traveler , offering safe secure parking inside fenced and gated property. Gate service on demand, closed at all times . Nicely appointed comfortable house with two large isolated bedrooms and very private outdoor patio. To make your stay more relaxing --king bed, queen bed, full bed, double bed futon and two sofas. Also, new RO System, gas fire logs, washer/dryer/dishwasher. Free internet with streaming on 58-inch Samsung, 55-inch Samsung and 43-inch Roku. Find all the pots, pans, dishes needed in kitchen and all linens in bed/baths. Small dog welcome with pet fee. One furry friend per booking.

Nice getaway that is close to everything. It is close to night time entertainment, shopping malls, a movie theater, and several different food vendors. This tiny tranquil offers a variety of amenities from a hot tub to work out equipment. Although small, it is equipped with everything you need. Work space, pellet grill, all kitchen necessities, closet room, patio furniture including a TV, and an in-ground spa that doesn’t have to be heated on those hotter west Texas days. 18 inch tall doggie door. 3rd bed option is an air mattress!
