Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. Sorry, no gatherings of any kind. Limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules.
