Separate Entry, Space All Yours!

Help a stay-at-home mom support her family :). Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. Read on to learn about these 3 awesome areas!

Friendly home near Greenbelt/Park/Bus/Food

Just like home! A duplex (I live in attached unit) near 2 parks & the Boise River Greenbelt in a modest, middle class neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants & stores. It’s a quiet street of families, ~3 miles to downtown, on bus route 9 + an easy trip to the freeway. Sleeps up to 6 in king, twin, & bunk bed (full +twin). Kitchen & bathroom have basic tools, appliances, condiments, & toiletries. Small tables (2 top+4 top). Kid-friendly but no kid-proofing or crib. Good-dog friendly. No CATS.

This is a cozy, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single level home in a centrally located quiet neighborhood walking distance to coffee, restaurants and parks.. The home is just over a mile to BSU, the Boise river, Downtown, & just a 7 minute drive to the airport. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck, outdoor seating and a BBQ. You are welcome to bring your dogs, they are part of the family too! Please, no cats. There is a $25 dog fee, per dog, per stay.
