It is on a private road 10 minutes to dwntwn & airport. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or back at the glass table. Just down the road from the emergency pet hospital & vet. We allow well behaved dogs for a one time fee, please mark pet. We are powered by solar now.

Newly remodeled open floor-plan with mountain-rustic design that is located in a quiet community on the West-side of Bozeman. Full kitchen, outdoor grill, Large Master Bedroom and two different living spaces which is really nice for large groups. There is a desk space for those looking to work remote. Two stand up paddleboards provided for summer guests to adventure with around Bozeman!! Easy access to all of what Bozeman has to offer--5 miles to the heart of downtown and 38 miles to Big Sky.

This place has a GREAT vibe: From the ionizing American Clay walls, the modern-rustic decor to the HUGE fenced yard. Close to MSU, downtown and many great hiking trails. BRIDGER BOWL is 20 minutes away. Spacious open-concept, split-level. ALL dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking as my insurance has age/breed restrictions. PRIOR REVIEWS REQUIRED for dogs. Please state both breed (s)/ age (s) of your dog. Note: Heating has been upgraded to new forced air. Gas fireplace is turned off. Thank you!

A Piece of the Country Right in Town

Single level country style ranch home resting on 1.5 acres and boasts a working organic farm. We have both fruit bearing and non fruit bearing trees on the property. We allow up to two dogs on a case by case basis with strict guidelines. We do charge a $100 pet cleaning fee. Veterans/Active Duty Military memberts as well as returning guests can enjoy a 5% discount on their nightly room rate upon successful completion of their stay. Many guests enjoy this feature and book repeatedly.

This cozy two bedroom retreat is part of a duplex located 12 miles south of Livingston in beautiful Paradise Valley.
