Waterfront home w/ private dock & 11x25 boat slip. Only a few minutes to Flat Rock boat ramp & short drive back to the dock. Master bedroom w/ large walk-in shower and double vanity on the main level. The main level also has a second bedroom, second full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room & washer/dryer for guest use. Upstairs is a large loft w/ two twin beds, a queen bed, & smart TV. Captivating family friendly lake home located on Lake Brownwood. This home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with two bedrooms and a large game room that has sleeping space for 4-6 more. It features two full baths. There is a spacious back porch area with both gas and charcoal grills. For chilly nights/mornings there is a gas fire pit on the back porch. It is within walking distance of the public boat launch. The Hideaway Golf Course is 10 minutes away. Memories are just waiting to be made.

House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee.
