Relax in the charming home in a great location w/everything you need at your fingerprints. Spacious living room w/smart TV, fast internet & a day bed & pullout loveseat. Situated near shops & restaurants. 10 mins from UB. Mins away from I-90/290 Thruways. 15 mins to downtown, 22 min to Niagara Falls. Prepare meals in an inviting kitchen w/coffee & the cookware necessary to accommodate your needs. Both bdrms have queen size mattresses. No parties, events, pets or hosting other people are allowed.

Enjoy our updated home (built from 1906-1912) in F. L. Olmsted's historic Parkside neighborhood, a beautifully landscaped oasis of grand homes in the heart of Buffalo. Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Apartment is in the Columbus district, safe, fun and centrally located area of downtown Buffalo, close walking distance to restaurants, bar, theaters, canal side. Parking available, Easy access to I190 and route 33 expressways. In minutes you are out of the city. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Fully furnished apartment in the city of Buffalo's Elmwood Village. This is a wonderfully eclectic area. I am a short walking distance to Elmwood Avenue. This lovely little strip provides great food and shopping. It's also seconds away from major bus routes should you be using public transportation. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, safe, & is located in a great part of Buffalo! You're a HOP, SKIP, or JUMP away from it all!

This tastefully decorated, spacious three bedroom apartment is located in Allentown and a mile away from central downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Allentown and Elmwood area. It’s located just a mile away from the peace bridge, leading to Canada and a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
