A lovely beach house located on a quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from the beach. Decorated with cool beach vides w/ all brand new furniture in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The beach is across the cross walk just a 1/2 mile away with free public parking. The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room. Paddling in the kayaks and exploring the sound are great ways to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Bicycles and yoga mats are all available to relax and enjoy some down time here. Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom house located within walking distance of downtown Elizabeth City and all its amenities. The house has a private patio and street parking. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and walking distance to the boat docks. Elizabeth City is the "Harbor of Hospitality." We are about 45 minutes from the Outer Banks and about 30 minutes from H2Obx water park and 30 minutes from historic Edenton. Virginia Beach is also a short drive from us.
