This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We have put so much love into this home, I'm sure you will be comfortable! Also suitable for the fur babies!Check out the Blue binder for rules & points of interest!

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Updated appliances. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Home. Near coffee, family restaurants, and grocery store. This home is where you want to stay, Wi-Fi works great, parking is spacious, backyard is great to have a BBQ. This house is great for a family trip to the caverns or to the Guadalupe Peak. Bathrooms are more than enough to feel relaxed, tankless hot water heater for long showers.
