Great apartment in historic building above a bike shop. Hardwood floors and LOTS of light make this a great space! Centrally located in downtown Waterloo. Short walk to the library, art & other museums, restaurants. This apartment is on the second floor and accessed by stairs. As you can see in the amenities list, THERE IS NO TELEVISION (NO TV). Newer mattress. There is a radio, wi-fi, games, and lists of area attractions, parks, entertainment venues, etc. LGBTQ+ friendly.
